• Currently we offer $2 standard shipping to New Zealand urban addresses (normally $6.40).
• $5.00 express
• $7.00 Rural shipping

Please note that these shipping rates apply to standard shipping only. If you have other special requests, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Thank you for shopping with us! We understand that sometimes items can arrive damaged or faulty despite our best efforts. Therefore, we offer the following returns policy:

Returns: We accept returns for damaged or faulty items only. We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you have made an incorrect purchase.

Timeframe: Please notify us of any damaged items within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this, we will not be able to process any returns.

Process: To initiate a return, please email us at hello@chaibaby.co.nz with a photo of the damaged item and a brief description of the issue.

Shipping Costs: If the item is deemed to be faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note that our returns policy applies to online purchases only. If you have purchased our products through a retail store or other third-party retailer, their returns policy will apply.

Wholesale Business Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms:

These Wholesale Business Terms and Conditions “Terms” govern the relationship between Chai Baby limited “Supplier,” “we,” “our,” or “us” and the retail businesses “Buyer,” “you,” or “your” purchasing goods from the Supplier. By placing an order with the Supplier, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.

2. Orders:

2.1. All orders placed by the Buyer are subject to acceptance by the Supplier.

2.2. The Supplier reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

2.3. Any modifications or cancellations to orders require prior written consent from the Supplier.

3. Pricing and Payment:

3.1. All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and are subject to change without notice.

3.2. Payment terms are payment in full on or before 20th month following invoice.

3.3. Payments can be made via direct bank deposit to account Chai Baby, 02-1265-0051334-000.

3.4. In case of late payment, the Supplier may charge interest at a rate of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

4. Delivery and Shipping:

4.1. The Supplier will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the agreed timeframe, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

4.2. Shipping costs will be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

4.3. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery of goods to the carrier.

5. Product Quality and Returns:

5.1. The Supplier will provide goods of acceptable quality as per industry standards.

5.2. The Buyer must inspect goods upon receipt and notify the Supplier of any defects or discrepancies within 2 days.

5.3. Returns or exchanges will be considered based on the Supplier’s return policy, available upon request.

6. Intellectual Property:

6.1. The Supplier retains all intellectual property rights in its products, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and designs.

6.2. The Buyer may not modify, reproduce, or distribute the Supplier’s products without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality:

7.1. Both parties agree to keep all non-public information received from the other party confidential.

7.2. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the disclosing party’s written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability:

8.1. The Supplier’s liability is limited to the value of the goods provided to the Buyer.

8.2. The Supplier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the goods.

9. Force Majeure:

9.1. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, and natural disasters.

10. Governing Law and Disputes:

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

11. Amendments and Waivers:

11.1. These Terms may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.

11.2. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Wholesale Business Terms and Conditions.
