Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We are happy to provide you with the following shipping policy for deliveries within New Zealand:

Shipping Costs: Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • $5 Standard shipping
  • $8.00 Rural shipping
Delivery timeframe: We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. Once your order has been dispatched, you should expect to receive it within 2-5 business days for urban deliveries, and 3-7 business days for rural deliveries.
International Shipping: International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us at hello@chaibaby.co.nz to request a quote for shipping outside of New Zealand.

Please note that these shipping rates apply to standard shipping only. If you require express shipping or have any other special requests, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We take great care to ensure that your order is packaged securely and arrives in good condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns

Thank you for shopping with us! We understand that sometimes items can arrive damaged or faulty despite our best efforts. Therefore, we offer the following returns policy:

Returns: We accept returns for damaged or faulty items only. We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you have made an incorrect purchase.

Timeframe: Please notify us of any damaged items within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this, we will not be able to process any returns.

Process: To initiate a return, please email us at hello@chaibaby.co.nz with a photo of the damaged item and a brief description of the issue.

Shipping Costs: If the item is deemed to be faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note that our returns policy applies to online purchases only. If you have purchased our products through a retail store or other third-party retailer, their returns policy will apply.
