Refund policy

We want you to love your Chai Baby purchase! If for any reason you're not completely happy, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

Returns — If you'd like to return an item, please email us at hello@chaibaby.co.nz to initiate the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue store credit to use on your next Chai Baby purchase.

Damaged or faulty items — If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@chaibaby.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a full refund.
